“Many years have come and gone
Yet this world remains the same
Empires have been built and fallen
Only time has made a change
Nation against nation
Brother against brother
Men so filled with hatred
Killing one another
And over half the world is starving
While our banner of decency is torn
Debating over disarmament
Killing children before they're born
And fools who march to win the right
To justify their sin
Oh ev'ry nation that has fallen
Has fallen from within
Yet in the midst of this darkness
There is a hope a light that burns
This little child the King of kings
Some day will return” - lyrics from the song This Little Child by Scott Wesley Brown. -
I am so concerned where the world is going today. Even many in the church are being deceived because of their lack of knowledge and inconsistency in the Word of God. I would have never seen this coming, although the Bible had warned me long ago. That in the last days many will be so deceived they would call evil things good and good things evil. Today, We have woman celebrating from platforms the day they killed there sweet babies. We have blatant, open sin celebrated now on main stream prime time television, from adultery, premarital sex, casual sex, and homosexuality. (ROMANS 1:18-32) All are directly opposed to the word and heart of God. My heart breaks because so many of my young friends are caught in the tidal wave of this destruction. There have been many that have preached grace so unbalanced that it sounds as though you can practice, celebrate and rebel in the face of God with your sin and still claim to be a Christian. The Bible does not support this. The scriptures are clear that those that practice this lawlessness will not enter the kingdom of God. (Matt 7:21-23) No matter how good and kind you appear to be. We can’t go by feelings or how comfortable we have gotten in our sin we must dig into the Bible, let the Holy Spirit lead us and accept the precious sacrifice of Jesus for our sins. Then we will gain the victory, experience redemption and receive freedom FROM SIN instead of freedom TO SIN! It’s not too late. Prayer makes a difference, the TRUTH still set us FREE!
